I had an excellent experience with Al Aloha Plumbing! I bought a new refrigerator and before installation, I noticed the valve was corroded and frozen requiring a replacement. I called Al Aloha over the weekend and the person I spoke to was very professional, informing me they would send someone to provide an estimate and if possible fix it within an hour depending on traffic. Louis arrived exactly when they said he would. He clearly explained the issue and provided me with several options. I also discussed other projects with him, and he patiently advised me on the best courses of action. Louis was absolutely professional and respectful throughout the process. I had an AWESOME experience with Louis. I will definitely call Al Aloha Plumbing again for any plumbing needs and would highly recommend them without any hesitation.
