My technician was very knowledgeable and helpful. They had all the tools and components they needed to complete the work, and the job was done quickly. They were very mindful of my home, and diligently put on booties before entering my house. After evaluating the work that needed to be done they walked us through every aspect of the job and made us aware of any near future concerns that may come up due to the age of our equipment. All in all we were well informed and comfortable before they preformed any work. Not only was the technician knowledgeable and skilled, their dispatch team has also been wonderful every step of the process as well. They're always friendly and empathetic to our water blues and provide us all the information we needed each time we called.

It didn't give me an option for a new review. For these leaks and a different leak Kai came out before. She has been great and very thorough. Yesterday she unfortunately had to work outside for hours, and she had to fix/ chane out several copper pipes, but she explained everything and did a great job. Sunday evening, clogged sewer drain line... Couldn't get anyone to show up. Marco with Aloha showed up and was extremely professional, got the line unclogged and then ran the camera to show what caused the problem. Would recommend them to anyone, and if the rest of the service technicians are like Marco, all of their customers should be as impressed as I am.

All aloha plumbing is! Our main sewer was clogged on Sunday and they came out within an hour or so and took care of the problem professionally. Kaleb was thorough in explaining of the job and didnt try to upsell anything. Post-camera review of the sewer, he recommended only things that needed for future. Kaleb worked miracles! We are so lucky he was the tech that was dispatched to us. We’re renting an older house with bad plumbing (or so all the plumbers have told us). He went above and beyond and not only fix the main line clog, but he took the time to explain what may be causing it so the next time we have to call a plumber out, they know where to start. We have really old plumbing with no ventilation system and this seems to be a trend with this home unfortunately as this is the 2nd time we’ve had to have a plumber come out. He started last night but this was a very difficult job and came back first thing in the morning to make sure the job got done.
